Within 5 working days.
Provider: PostNL or equivalent.

EU
Within 10 working days.
Provider: PostNL or equivalent.

Rest of the World
Within 14 working days.
Provider: PostNL or local postal partners.

Duty & Tax Charges
Customs duty and import taxes may apply to shipments outside the EU. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are billed by local customs authorities.

Return & Exchange Policy

Limited Edition Prints

All prints sold by Queer Gallery are produced on demand after purchase. Each print is part of a limited edition and is individually numbered, and in many cases includes a signature (or signed element) from the artist.

As these works are made to order and carry unique characteristics, they qualify as custom or personalized goods.

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal (14-day return without reason) does not apply to such items. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or returned based on change of mind.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The print is in perfect condition
The print is undamaged and unused
The print is returned in its original packaging

If these conditions are not met, the exchange cannot be processed.

All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via info@queergallery.com, including clear photographic evidence.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund. Any associated shipping costs will be covered by Queer Gallery.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
