Within 5 working days.
Provider: PostNL or equivalent.

EU
Within 10 working days.
Provider: PostNL or equivalent.

Rest of the World
Within 14 working days.
Provider: PostNL or local postal partners.

Duty & Tax Charges
Customs duty and import taxes may apply to shipments outside the EU. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are billed by local customs authorities.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
To be accepted, items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Returns are possible within 15 days of delivery.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the courier fails to deliver and the item is returned to us, the courier will cover the cost.
  • If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g. you changed your mind), you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued after the returned items have passed quality control. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used for the order (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
